As part of continued growth and increasing demand from brand partners, our client is expanding its account management team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of exciting brands, driving their performance across Amazon while contributing to the wider growth and evolution of the business.

Our client is a specialist ecommerce partner supporting premium brands within the drinks sector, helping them scale across Amazon and digital channels. With a strong reputation for delivering measurable growth, the business combines data-driven strategy with creative execution to maximise performance. The Amazon Account Manager will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where innovation is encouraged, client success is prioritised, and individuals are empowered to make a real impact.

The Amazon Account Manager will take full ownership of client relationships and marketplace performance, acting as a strategic advisor and driving sustained growth across Amazon. The Amazon Account Manager will lead on strategy, execution, and optimisation, while also supporting junior team members and contributing to internal improvements. The Amazon Account Manager will play a key role in shaping client success and the future direction of the business.


The Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Lead client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor
  • Develop and execute tailored Amazon growth strategies across multiple brand accounts
  • Optimise product listings, content, and PPC campaigns to improve performance
  • Analyse data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members and support team development


Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts (agency experience desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon advertising, SEO, and performance optimisation
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach
