Sales Executive – AI / SaaS Healthcare New Business Hunter

Our client is a London-based cutting-edge AI start-up building next-generation voice and conversation AI infrastructure. Their platform helps healthcare and service-led businesses automate, scale, and radically improve how they speak to customers and patients.


The are now entering a serious growth phase across the UK and beyond — and hiring their next revenue driver, first on the ground in the UK.


The Opportunity

On our client’s behalf, we’re looking for an AI fluent commercial hunter who wants full ownership of the sales journey — from first outbound message to signed contract.

You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, influence their go-to-market strategy and product growth, and help shape how they win in Healthcare including the use of AI sales tools to support your success. Expect autonomy, pace, visibility, and career growth as you help the business scale-up.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle
  • Proactively prospect and win new B2B clients, with a strong focus on healthcare providers and clinics
  • Target and engage decision-makers (owners, practice managers, operators)
  • Run discovery calls and compelling AI product demos
  • Handle objections, build momentum, and close deals
  • Take full responsibility for hitting revenue targets
  • Drive Demand Like a Growth Marketer
  • Execute outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and data tools
  • Tailor messaging for healthcare and clinical environments
  • Test, learn, and refine positioning using real-market feedback
  • Feed insights directly into our growth strategy
  • Build a High-Quality Pipeline
  • Create and manage a structured, measurable sales pipeline
  • Track activity and performance in CRM
  • Own your numbers: leads, meetings, demos, conversions, revenue



This Role Is For You If You:

  • Have solid B2B SaaS or Tech sales experience in Healthcare industry
  • Can prove success winning new business (hunter mentality required)
  • Are confident dealing with senior decision-makers
  • Love outbound sales and know how to create something from nothing
  • Are excited by AI and selling innovative technology
  • Are motivated by targets, autonomy, and growth
  • Skilled user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo or similar AI sales tools
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or scaling environment.
