Mental Health Support Worker

Cygnet Group are looking for a confident and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker who is passionate about making a real difference to join our team at Cygnet Raglan House. This is a full‐time role (42 hours per week), working 12‐hour shifts across days and nights, including every other weekend. At Raglan House, you'll be part of a supportive, dedicated team who work together to help individuals build independence, develop new skills, and move forward in their recovery. Every shift is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact whether that's offering emotional support, encouraging daily living skills, or simply being a positive, steady presence in someone's day.

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.

Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.

Assist with medical & welfare needs.

Report on medical & welfare needs as required.

Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.

You are

Experienced Mental Health Support Worker with over 6 months of experience within a mental health setting.

Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples' lives.

An excellent communicator & a good team player.

Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment.

Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence.

Please note that successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
