Tripod are recruiting for 2x Occupational Therapists to work in Warwick

Band 5 and Band 7

Mental Health



Role – Locum Band 5 and 7 Occupational Therapists

Location – Warwick

Rate – Band 5 £22-£23 an hour, Band 7 £28-£31 an hour

Hours – Full time ideally

Contract Length – Ongoing

Job Title: Band 7 Occupational Therapist Advanced

Location: St Michaels Hospital

Start Date: ASAP

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

Specific Details:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised degree and extensive experience in acute mental health and community settings

• Skilled in delivering a range of evidence-based OT assessments and interventions, both direct and indirect

• Strong clinical reasoning with ability to contribute to MDT formulation, risk assessment, and risk management

• Confident in managing complex and sensitive situations using sound professional judgement

• Experience supervising staff and supporting team development

• Ability to contribute to service improvement, audits, and identifying gaps in care

• Maintain safe, structured, and patient-centred therapeutic environments

• Effective MDT working and collaboration with external/third-sector services

• Clear communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical governance and Trust policies

• Adaptable with strong organisational skills to manage workload in fast-paced settings

• Full UK driving licence with access to own transport

Job Title: Band 5 Occupational Therapist

Location: St Michaels Hospital

Start Date: ASAP

• Strong organisation, caseload management, and adaptability

• Full UK driving licence with access to own transport( Desireable)
