Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: England, Greater London, CroydonJob Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £85 - £100 Per dayBenefits: PAYEQualifications: Enhanced DBS on Update ServiceJob Duties: Supporting students with special educational needs in their learning and developmentAssisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessonsProviding one-to-one support to students who require additional helpHelping to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environmentAssisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Required Qualifications: Enhanced DBS on Update ServiceEducation: Minimum of GCSEs in English and MathsExperience: Prior experience working with children with special educational needsKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN strategies and interventionsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPatience and empathy towards students with diverse needsPreferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationWorking Conditions: Work within a school setting, following term-time schedules and holidaysAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
