Post Description

Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele

Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection

Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients

Client relationship management through digital tools

Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)

Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals

Sending daily reports

Profile Required

Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading), another language is a plus

Strong sales skills

Experience in the world of fashion and luxury

Flexibility

A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude

Target driven

Good inter-personal skills, team spirit/player
