Job Description
Give consumers great personal care by helping them with their daily tasks and meeting their specific needs.
Make sure that those who are at risk of abuse are protected and report any symptoms of abuse that you see or hear about.
To help patients take their medicine at the level of support that was agreed upon and as described in their individual care plans and risk assessments.
Make meals that take into account the likes and dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural needs of the people you serve, while also keeping things clean.
Writing down service users' personal information, care plans, medical records, changes to their health, and other important information in the carer's notes.
Using manual handling tools in a safe and correct way.
Go to staff meetings and training sessions when asked.

A valid driver's license and an automobile that you can drive (helpful)
An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is a plus, but not necessary.
