New Business Manager- Creative Agency
We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager
Part-Time role
Award-winning creative experiential/events agency in London is looking for a hands-on, creative, energetic, ambitious, and confident new business/ buz dev lead to join their busy team.
- Not cold sales — think smart lead follow-ups, attending networking events and building relationships
- Own the new business pipeline from first contact to setting up pitches (opening doors for the team)
- Present cred Decks, lead introductory meetings and make things happen
- Deliver against agreed KPI's (targets)
- Own and maintain HubSpot as the CRM for all new business activity and provide concise monthly reports
ESSENTIAL:
Agency-side background (creative/event/marketing or similar)
2 days onsite (Hoxton) is essential
HubSpot experience (or similar CRM)
Salary + commission DOE (basic salary circa £40K as a guide)
This is a MW level role, 3+ years minimum in a similar position (or perhaps account management background with exposure to buz/dev or new buz).
