The Opportunity
• Take ownership of key agency relationships within a premium media environment.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic, insight-led media solutions.
• Work across print, digital, and content partnerships to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within major agency groups.
• Play a visible role in shaping commercial strategy and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities - Agency Partner
• Build and grow relationships with agency stakeholders, acting as a key commercial contact.
• Develop and deliver proactive pitches, proposals, and campaign strategies.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and expand existing client investment.
• Analyse campaign performance and present insights to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimisation.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and reporting.
Responsibilities - Junior Agency Partner
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive research and market insight.
• Support the creation of pitch materials including emails, one-pagers, and decks.
• Analyse campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
• Work with sales and operations teams to optimise campaign delivery.
• Contribute to agency brief responses and proactive client proposals.
• Produce revenue and performance reports using internal systems.
Your Profile - Agency Partner
• 3–5+ years’ experience in media sales or agency partnerships
• Proven ability to drive revenue and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital, print, and content-led media solutions.
• Confident presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven, and results-focused.
Your Profile - Junior Agency Partner
• 1–2 years’ experience in media, advertising, or a related field.
• Passion for the media landscape and digital advertising.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
