Trainee Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Manager. As a Trainee Sales Manager, you will be trained in all aspects of sales management, from identifying business opportunities to leading a team. You will work closely with our experienced sales managers to learn the ropes and gain a deep understanding of our sales strategies, processes, and customer relationships. This role is designed to prepare you for a future leadership position within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Shadow and assist senior sales managers in overseeing the sales process and team

Learn and apply sales strategies to increase revenue for our client base

Assist in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets

Participate in client meetings and negotiations to gain practical experience

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects

Help create and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives

Track and report on sales performance metrics and team progress

Qualifications:

A strong interest in pursuing a career in sales management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
