Job description
This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and proactive, who enjoys working across departments and contributing to high operational standards. Youll assist with audits, investigations, documentation and technical reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Were looking for a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday07:00 - 15:30
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport quality control programmes and ensure compliance with food safety and site standards
Assist with audits, traceability exercises and accreditation requirements
Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Monitor and report on quality KPIs, complaints and technical data
Work closely with production, laboratory teams and external partners
Support inductions, documentation control and continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking ForExperience in a technical or quality role within food manufacturing or a similar environment
Understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRCGS)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and analytical ability
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
