Hairdressing Salon Manager, Gloucester Road West London
TONI&GUY are currently seeking to drive growth and profitability within our Gloucester Road salon.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hairdressing Salon Manager to lead our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and take ownership of driving salon performance in one of London’s most exciting locations.
The Role
As a Hairdressing Salon Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the salon by:
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to deliver premium client experiences.
- Driving sales and business performance through strong leadership and operational excellence.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
- Overseeing stock control, payroll information, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Supporting staff training and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, upholding the TONI&GUY image and values at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example with professionalism, punctuality, and commitment.
- Drive retail sales, lead retail performance across the salon, ensuring consistent achievement of retail KPIs and team engagement.
- Nurturing Apprentices and Salon Support staff, managing and supporting Stylists, Technicians and support staff to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build strong client relationships to deliver the authentic TONI&GUY experience.
- Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retail targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support career progression.
- Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, stock levels, and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Hairdressing Salon Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium salon environment.
- Qualified Stylist or Colour Technician with a strong understanding of salon operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to grow sales and manage costs effectively.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environment.
- Proven eligibility to work in the UK.

- Up to £32,000.00 per annum plus commission, pension with 3% employer contribution and 28 days holiday allowance.
- Annual Bonus scheme based on meeting set KPI’s with the potential of earning up to 100% bonus on Gross profit.
