£65,000 - £70,000 + Package

Leading Main Contractor | Data Centres & industrial Build Projects from £50m–£250m

Industrial build (steel frame) and data centre main contractor.

The Opportunity:

A leading Industrial build (steel frame) and data centre main contractor, Known for delivering landmark construction schemes ranging from £50m to £250m in value, is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site-based health, safety, and environmental functions
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and investigations
• Implement best practice and drive continuous improvement across sites
• Deliver training and toolbox talks for site staff and subcontractors
• Support tendering and pre-construction with HSEQ input as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in a main contracting environment (essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK construction H&S regulations
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
• IOSH membership (desirable)
• Able to travel between sites as required
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

What’s On Offer:
