Nursery Room Leader / Manager

£31,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience, qualifications, and location)

Full-Time / 40 hours / 4 or 5 day contracts available

Roles available at locations across all regions of London, including (but not limited to) Stratford, Dagenham, Greenwich, South Bermondsey, Maida Vale, Wimbledon, Notting Hill, Earls Court, Paddington, Islington, and Hackney.

We are looking for Nursery Room Leaders to join established, London-based, organisations in the childcare and early years sector. ALL nurseries are Ofsted rated Outstanding or Good and they have venues and locations across London to suit all needs.

As a Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional early years education while leading and inspiring your team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day running of your room
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
• Supporting, mentoring and developing your team
• Acting as a Key Person and building strong parent partnerships
• Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, care and education

You will need:

• A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
• Experience managing or leading in an Early Years/Nursery environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework
• Proven experience and evidence of improving performance
• The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
• A passion for childcare and child development
