Job Title: Programmatic Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Type: Full-time, Permanent


About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Programmatic Consultant to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns for a range of clients. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in programmatic platforms who can combine technical expertise with strategic thinking.

You will play a key role in delivering high-performing campaigns, driving innovation, and helping clients navigate the evolving programmatic landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, activate, and optimise programmatic campaigns across display, video, mobile, and CTV
  • Manage campaigns within DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
  • Monitor performance against KPIs (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS) and optimise accordingly
  • Analyse campaign data and provide clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Implement audience strategies including first-party, third-party, and contextual targeting
  • Work closely with data, creative, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and campaign setup (pixels, floodlights, etc.)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends including privacy changes, cookieless solutions, and new ad formats


Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in programmatic advertising or digital media
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360 and/or The Trade Desk
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges)
  • Experience with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, Excel/Google Sheets

Desirable:

  • Experience with CTV, DOOH, or audio programmatic
  • Familiarity with brand safety, viewability, and verification tools (e.g. IAS, DoubleVerify)
  • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, and measurement frameworks
  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing role
