Digital Consultant

Tribal Recruitment - The UK's Leading Digital & R2R Recruiters is looking for a Digital Consultant

Job description

Job Title: Digital Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Consultant to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across paid media channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and activation, working with clients to drive performance across social, search, and programmatic.

You don’t need experience across every channel — strong expertise in one area (e.g. Paid Social, PPC, or Programmatic) is welcomed, with opportunities to broaden your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of digital media strategies across social, search, and programmatic channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to meet client KPIs (e.g. CPA, ROAS, CTR)
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to execute campaigns
  • Conduct channel audits and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Build and present performance reports to clients in a clear and engaging way
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, media, or consulting
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
  • Paid Social (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Paid Search (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Programmatic (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Sheets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

  • Exposure to multi-channel campaigns
  • Understanding of attribution models and customer journeys
  • Experience in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Familiarity with ad tech and tracking (pixels, tags, etc.)

Personal Attributes

  • Curious and commercially aware
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Eager to learn and develop across multiple channels

What We Offer

  • Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working model (London office)
  • Training and development across multiple digital channels
  • Opportunity to work on a variety of clients and industries
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture
