We are supporting our client to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a small portfolio of services near Camborne.


This is an opportunity for a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support within supported living environments. The services support adults with a range of needs, and the focus is on promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.


The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the services, ensuring safe, compliant, and values-led care is delivered consistently.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire staff teams across supported living services
  • Ensure services meet all regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standards
  • Drive positive culture, staff development, and retention
  • Oversee care planning, risk management, and quality assurance processes
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including rotas and service performance
  • Act as the main point of contact for external professionals and stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement across the services


About You

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or a very strong Deputy ready to step up)
  • Background in supported living, learning disabilities, mental health and/or complex care
  • Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and person-centred care
  • Confident leadership style with a calm, supportive approach
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes for individuals
