SEMH Teacher – Cambridge – September 2026
Are you an experienced SEMH Teacher or an accomplished Primary Teacher with aspirations to work in SEN looking to be part of an innovative new provision within a mainstream school?
Join a forward-thinking school in Cambridge as a SEMH Teacher, leading a dynamic and growing SEMH programme designed to support pupils with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.
This provision is part of an Outstanding Four-School Trust and is rapidly expanding, with the areas first SEMH Primary Provision to double in size by the next academic year.
SEMH Teacher | What’s on Offer:

SEMH Teacher | The Role:
- Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils with SEMH needs.
- Support pupils’ emotional regulation, engagement, and academic progress.
- Collaborate with the pastoral, SEN, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and effective interventions.
- Contribute to the development and expansion of the SEMH provision, influencing curriculum design and classroom strategies.
- Be an ambassador for inclusive, innovative practice within a mainstream school.
SEMH Teacher | Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher with UK QTS
- An experienced, passionate SEMH teacher with a track record of supporting pupils with complex needs.
- Someone committed to innovation and high standards, not filling time but making a meaningful impact.
- A collaborative leader who can work across the school and support staff in best-practice SEMH strategies.
