Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager, Rickmansworth / Hybrid – £28–35K

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join a well-established, full-service advertising agency with a strong reputation across Higher Education and Financial Services.

This is a flexible role depending on your level — ideal for a strong SAE ready to step up, or a Junior AM looking for more ownership and progression.

You’ll work across a mix of integrated campaigns, partnering closely with clients and collaborating with teams across creative, media, strategy and performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Supporting (SAE) or leading (JAM) the delivery of integrated campaigns
• Managing timelines, budgets and internal resource to keep projects on track
• Working closely with creative, media and strategy teams to deliver high-quality work
• Leading or contributing to client calls, presentations and reporting
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
• Supporting new business activity and contributing to pitches

What we’re looking for

• 1–4+ years’ experience in an agency client services role
• Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused

Nice to have

• Experience working with Financial Services or Higher Education clients
• Exposure to media, performance or integrated campaign delivery
• Marketing or business-related degree
