We’re growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager ready to step up and take more ownership.


The Role

This role is about owning delivery and building trusted client relationships across a diverse set of healthcare clients – from NHS to pharma, biotech and diagnostics.

You’ll sit at the centre of projects, working across research and creative teams, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and with clarity.

You’ll also use AI tools to improve how you manage projects, streamline delivery and support smarter, faster client servicing.


What You’ll Do

Own day-to-day client delivery

Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets and outputs are delivered to a high standard

Support client relationships

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a reliable and responsive point of contact

Work across research and creative

Coordinate teams across insight, strategy and creative to ensure joined-up delivery

Use AI to enhance delivery

Apply AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows and support faster, smarter output development

Drive organisation and clarity

Keep projects structured, proactive and well-communicated internally and externally

Support quality and consistency

Ensure outputs meet Frontera standards and align with client objectives

Grow in responsibility

Step into greater ownership over time, supporting the Client Director in delivering across accounts


What We’re Looking For

  • Currently a Senior Account Executive (or similar) ready for the next step
  • Experience working in healthcare communications, research or creative environments
  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across research and creative delivery
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve ways of working
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
