Technical SEO Manager, Beauty, London (hybrid), c. £52K

The Role

Scale brings complexity. That’s where you come in.

You’ll own technical SEO across multiple European markets — identifying issues, setting direction, and making sure fixes actually happen.

This isn’t reporting. It’s diagnose → prioritise → implement → improve.

What You’ll Own

• Technical SEO performance across large, multi-market sites
• Audits that lead to action — not slide decks
• Organic performance analysis, trends and opportunity spotting
• Collaboration with dev, UX, content and eCommerce teams to ship fixes
• Keyword and competitor analysis that informs real strategy
• Clear, commercial reporting (what matters, what’s next)

What They’re Looking For

• Strong technical SEO experience (JS sites, site structure, indexation, performance)
• Comfortable working with developers — and influencing them
• Data-led — can turn insight into prioritised action
• Clear communicator — can simplify complexity for non-technical teams
• Proactive — spots issues early and pushes them through to resolution
