Job Title: Paid Social Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Social Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a range of clients.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on platform experience who can own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to performance analysis, and is confident managing budgets and delivering against KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
- Develop audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike modelling
- Write briefs and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Build and present client reports with clear performance narratives
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and emerging formats
- Support wider digital strategy across multi-channel campaigns where required
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 2–4 years’ experience in paid social or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with key platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimisation techniques
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as GA4, Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment
- Knowledge of attribution models and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance-driven content
- Exposure to broader paid media channels (search, programmatic)
