Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £29,406.27 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (06:00 18:00)

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing site in Methwold. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in the production and packing of products, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.

• Operate machinery and support production lines
• Pack products to required specifications
• Follow production plans to meet output targets
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency on site

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred) But as long as you come from a fast paced environment
• Understanding of health and safety practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve processes
• Self-motivated with a desire for personal development
• Interest in sustainable and healthy products
