This role is for someone who wants to own revenue growth across a portfolio of clients and be directly responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.
About Us
We help solar & heat pump installers across the UK generate high-intent, pre-qualified customers through a pay-per-appointment model.
We’ve worked with 150+ installers and have a proven, in-demand service. Now we’re scaling—and a key part of that is maximising the lifetime value and retention of every client we bring on.
The Role
This is a hybrid role, but heavily weighted toward account growth and retention.
You will:
- Own a portfolio of installer clients
- Be responsible for their performance, retention, and revenue growth
- Build the systems, processes, and structure that maximise LTV
Sales (closing inbound demos) is part of the role—but the real value is what happens after the deal is signed.
1. Close & Onboard the Right Clients
- Take inbound demo calls and convert high-quality installers
- Qualify hard—we only work with clients who can scale
- Set clear expectations from day one
2. Own Client Success (0–60 Days)
- Ensure smooth onboarding (simple process)
- Make sure clients are set up to convert appointments effectively
- Identify early risks and solve them before churn becomes a problem
3. Maximise Retention & LTV (Core Focus)
This is where the role is won or lost.
- Proactively manage your portfolio of clients
- Increase appointment volume for clients who can handle more
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Retain high-performing accounts long-term
- Solve problems before they impact retention
4. Build Systems & Processes
- Create scalable ways to improve client performance
- Implement processes that increase retention and expansion
- Take ownership of this function and improve it over time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, account management, or high-performance agency environments
- Comfortable taking sales calls—but stronger on relationship building and commercial thinking
- Strong focus on results, retention, and revenue growth
- Ability to spot problems early and solve them proactively
- Ownership mindset—you take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity

Compensation
- Base salary (dependent on experience)
- Commission per new partner closed (target: 15–20+/month)
- Recurring backend commission on client revenue (LTV-driven)
Realistic earnings:
- OTE: £60k–£80k+
- Top performers will exceed this significantly
