Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face-to-face across assigned areas

• Build positive customer relationships through direct interaction
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition
• Assist customers by identifying needs and providing suitable solutions
• Accurately record customer interactions and daily activity
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Develop product knowledge and professional sales skills

Requirements

• No previous sales experience required full training provided
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles is beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, field-based role
• Basic IT skills
