Estates & Facilities Assistant

Bedfordshire 3-Month Contract Immediate Start Required

We are recruiting an experienced Estates & Facilities Assistant for an immediate start on a 3-month contract. This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting estates, facilities and operational services across multiple locations.

Key Duties

• General facilities and site maintenance
• Routine compliance and safety checks
• Cleaning, grounds maintenance and site presentation
• Manual handling, room setups and furniture moves
• Internal deliveries, stores cover and logistics support
• Driving service vehicles to move staff or equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, care taking or similar
• Full UK driving licence
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, outdoor work
• Reliable, flexible and able to work independently
• Enhanced DBS required

• Duration: 3 months
• Start: ASAP
• Hours: Full time
• Location: Bedfordshire (multiple sites)
