Prospero Teaching is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants and Learning Mentors to work across Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools throughout Dorset. Whether you're considering teaching, SEN support, educational psychology, or pastoral work, this role offers invaluable hands-on experience to help you decide your next step.

The Role
You'll work directly with pupils and teachers, supporting learning, wellbeing, and development:
- Support teachers in busy classroom settings
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils
- Help children with learning, confidence, and behaviour
- Support pupils with additional or special educational needs
- Act as a positive role model, providing structure, encouragement, and motivation
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduates - all degree subjects welcome
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
