The role of the Senior Designer – Scaffolding will involve:

• Senior Designer position dealing with various scaffolding & temporary works for residential, commercial and industrial projects
• Lead glazing design from tender through to construction, ensuring compliance with requirements and UK standards.
• Review specifications to identify risks and opportunities early.
• Align design with budget and programme in coordination with commercial, estimating, and procurement teams.
• Act as the main technical contact, managing stakeholders and approving subcontractor designs.
• Ensure timely, high-quality design delivery while supporting testing, compliance, and buildability on site.
• Designing for a broad range of independent to national projects

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Designer – Scaffolding with:

• Must have extensive Design experience
• Must have experience or strong understanding of scaffolding or temporary works
• Ideally come from a background in the plant hire / access solutions sector
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High levels of attention to detail and organisation
• Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
• Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
