Job Title Healthcare Support Worker – Endoscopy Team – Bicester (Full Time, 37.5 hrs, 4-day working week, 8:00am‐6:00pm)Responsibilities Welcoming patients in a professional and caring manner, acting as a patient advocate at all timesSupporting patient care in line with care plans, under the guidance of the senior clinical teamCleaning, monitoring, and preparing equipment, reporting any issues promptlyRecording and communicating relevant patient information and observationsMaintaining clear, effective communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary teamAbout you A genuine interest in delivering highquality, patientcentred careA good understanding of health & safety and infection controlFlexible and adaptable to meet service and site requirementsCommitted to learning, development, and maintaining required skills and competenciesAn effective communicator with strong time and workload management skillsThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
