Were looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while completing a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification.

What youll do:

• Source and screen candidates for transport, warehouse, and office roles
• Manage job adverts and applications across multiple platforms
• Conduct initial telephone pre-screens
• Keep our recruitment systems and candidate records up to date
• Support interview scheduling and onboarding compliance
• Work closely with the Recruitment Specialist to ensure a smooth hiring process
