Production Operative – Night Shift
£27,047 - £29,210, PA
Near Chipping Norton (own transport required)
22:00 – 06:30 (30-minute unpaid break)
Immediate starts available
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing operation on a night shift basis.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be on your feet throughout the shift, working as part of a team to keep production running smoothly.
What the role involves:- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Handling products and materials (up to 16kg)
- Supporting different areas of production as required
- Maintaining quality standards and efficiency
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Someone who is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Self-motivated individuals who can keep busy and productive
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Must have own transport due to location
- Full training provided – plenty to learn and develop
- Supportive team environment
- Genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person
