Production Operative – Night Shift

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
Pay (Night Shift):

• £14.23 per hour (starter rate)
• £15.66 per hour (one skill)
• £18.44 per hour (multi-skilled)

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week
Night Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and setting up high-tech production machinery
• Maintaining product quality to company standards
• Working collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency

Pay & Overtime (Night Shift)

• One Skill Rate: £15.66 per hour
• Multi-Skilled Rate: £18.44 per hour

Overtime (Time and a Half):

• £14.23 per hour (starter rate)
• £23.49 per hour (one skill)
• £27.66 per hour (multi-skilled)
