Based in the heart of London, our client is a fast-paced sales and marketing company representing some of the most well-known brands in the country. Due to current expansion, they are looking to grow their direct sales team with ambitious, forward-thinking Entry-Level Sales Assistants who have a passion for driving growth and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

This role offers a fantastic day rate plus uncapped commission, ensuring your earnings directly reflect your effort and results.

Please note: This role is not suitable for students or international students, as the position requires a full-time commitment.

What They Are Looking For:

• Communication: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: No experience is required; however, a background in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or other face-to-face customer relations roles is a bonus.
• Adaptability: The ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Mindset: A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
• Availability: Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 days per week, Monday–Saturday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face within residential environments across the London area, answering inquiries and providing product information.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Build strong connections with consumers to boost brand loyalty and deliver memorable experiences.
• Showcase in-depth product knowledge and offer personalized recommendations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.

No experience is required for this subcontracted role. You will have access to fantastic support and mentoring networks from seasoned professionals, providing you with the tools and resources to excel in this dynamic field sales role.

However, candidates with previous experience in the following areas will find it useful: customer service, sales representative, direct sales, field sales, warehouse, retail, call center, bar management, hospitality, marketing assistant, front of house, direct marketing, sales assistant, or canvassing.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or current international students. Due to availability, our client is looking for candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon - Sat).
