Role OverviewAs a Sales Assistant, you'll be supervised by the Manager of the point of sale and will be in direct contact with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of our story and our values

Complete understanding of our offer and the silhouettes of our collections

Encourage customer loyalty through courtesy and relevant advice

Grow the turnover and client list of the point of saleMaintain the brand image

Provide a personalised purchasing experience

Keep the point of sale clean, tidy and merchandising up to date

Stock management

Understand and achieve KPIs such as the sales index, average basket and transformation rate

Ensure the brand's CSR policy is respected in your point of sale and act as its ambassador

Qualifications and Skills
