THE ROLE
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and support clienteling activities
- Drive sales through styling, product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Support the team with daily boutique operations and store standards
- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets
THE PROFILE
- Previous experience within premium, luxury, or fashion retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused
- Passionate about fashion and luxury retail
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to sales and teamwork
