Working with a 68-year-old male client with an Acquired Brain Injury, you will help him remain engaged in daily life, access the community and work towards rehabilitation goals in a way that is meaningful to him. There are 2x positions available – one to start immediately after induction until August 2026; the other role is from September 2026 to June 2027.These roles will suit people who enjoys the outdoors, has a positive and proactive approach, and takes pride in delivering compassionate, person-centred care.What’s in it for you

As a Support Worker your role will include:

• Supporting a male client with Acquired Brain Injury in his own home and local community
• Prompting and assisting with daily living tasks and routines
• Assisting with medication administration and some aspects of personal care
• Encouraging engagement in activities and rehabilitation goals
• Assisting with community access and outdoor activities
• Helping the client remain focused, motivated and independent

What we’re looking for in a Support Worker

• Previous experience working within the health or social care sector NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
• Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a larger vehicle
• A proactive, compassionate and reliable approach
• An interest in rehabilitation and supporting independence
• Somebody who enjoys outdoor activities and community engagement
