On target: £61,000+ in your first year

West London - 4 days per week in the office

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Manager to join a growing events and business engagement company operating across multiple industry sectors.

This is a varied, fast-paced role focused on developing client partnerships, driving commercial growth, and managing sales activity across a portfolio of high-level B2B events and networking experiences. The successful candidate will work across several projects simultaneously, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to account growth and long-term relationship management.

The role would suit someone who enjoys consultative selling, building trusted client relationships, and working in a target-driven environment with clear commercial goals.

The Role

  • Managing and growing revenue across a portfolio of industry events and commercial partnerships
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients through a consultative sales approach
  • Identifying new business opportunities through outreach, networking, market research, referrals, and industry engagement
  • Managing multiple sales pipelines and maintaining consistent activity levels across several live projects
  • Preparing forecasts, tracking opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Working collaboratively with marketing, operations, and project teams to support successful event delivery and client experience
  • Attending events and meetings to strengthen relationships, identify future opportunities, and support commercial growth

About You

  • Previous experience in a commercial sales, events, media, sponsorship, partnerships, or client-facing environment
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed revenue and business development targets
  • Confident communicating and negotiating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively
  • Positive, collaborative, and commercially aware, with a solutions-focused mindset

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing business where they can make a real impact, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic commercial events portfolio.
