Production Operative

Were recruiting a Production Operative to run surface mount (SMT) equipment in a busy manufacturing environment. If youre confident working to processes, keeping quality high, and want a role with long-term prospects, wed like to hear from you.

Youll be responsible for setting up, loading, and operating surface mount machines, carrying out basic checks, and following instructions to ensure the line runs smoothly.

What youll be doing

• Operate and monitor surface mount (SMT) machines during production
• Load/unload machines and replenish components/materials as needed
• Carry out routine inspection checks to confirm quality standards are met
• Work from instructions and report any issues

Shift patterns & pay

MondayThursday: 06:0014:15
Friday: 06:0014:00

Pay: £12.83 per hour (rising to £13.21 per hour after 6 months)
