Job description
A local authority organization in Romsey is seeking Secure Residential Support Workers to provide care for vulnerable children on weekends. The successful candidates will support children facing challenging behaviors in a secure, therapeutic environment. Applicants should be emotionally intelligent, resilient, and able to build trusting relationships. Experience is advantageous but not essential.
