A supportive Specialist School in Thatcham is looking for a committed Behaviour Support Worker to join their team immediately. The successful Behaviour Support Worker will provide support for pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, and challenging behaviour.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 behavioural support
Encourage emotional regulation strategies
Support pupils during classroom activities
Build positive relationships with students
Collaborate with teachers and support staff
Qualifications
Experience in education, care, youth work, or mentoring
