Community Staff Nurse - Adult Community Nursing (Part-time Fixed-Term)

Job description

East Grinstead PCN is looking for a registered nurse to join the team at The Annex, Crawley Down Health Centre covering East Grinstead and surrounding villages.

As a newly registered or experienced professional, this part‐time role offers an opportunity to specialise in a highly diverse and rewarding field of community nursing.

Key responsibilities include:

Diabetic management

Wound management, including diagnosis and treatment of leg ulcers

Palliative care

Bladder and bowel care, including urethral and suprapubic catheters and other continence needs

Working in partnership with local health and social care providers, particularly caring for people under frailty management

On induction, each successful applicant will receive a tailored induction plan to ease into the community environment.

Due to recent changes in UK immigration and visa rules, this part‐time role is unlikely to be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants who do not currently have the right to work in the UK may not be considered.
