Community Support Worker - Apprenticeship Opportunity

OverviewWe are looking for a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to contribute to the assessment, implementation and delivery of high quality individualised patient care within a professional team, and to support the development and monitoring of evidence‐based practice and health and social care programmes.

Responsibilities

Assess and support patients' care needs.

Contribute to the delivery and improvement of individualised patient care.

Participate in the development and monitoring of agreed evidence‐based practice and health and social care programmes.

Support the clinical governance of the service.

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject; alternatively suitable for an apprenticeship to obtain a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.

Commitment to learning and development, with around 20% of working hours dedicated to training or study.

ApprenticeshipThis role offers an apprenticeship with regular training delivered through a college or training organisation. Successful completion leads to a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
