Support Worker – You're not just anyone.Location: Ilminster, Somerset (Postcode TA19 9DB). Salary: £13.10 per hour, full‐time (37.5 hours per week). Shift patterns include 14‐hour shifts, day shifts, sleep‐ins, weekend work. Driver required with a full UK licence to use company cars.

RoleYou will support two sociable residents with complex health needs in Ilminster, helping them get out and about: shopping trips, community days out, and light‐hearted activities. You will also support with medication, health monitoring, financial and dietary needs, domestic tasks, and emotional wellbeing.

What we're looking forYou might be a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or new to care with a right attitude and big heart. You should be patient, empathetic, reliable, a good communicator with humour, calm under pressure and passionate about making a difference.
