The Role

Uphold the rights and dignity of all clients and respect their privacy and confidentiality

Encourage independence and support the wishes of the service users

Look after the welfare and personal care of service users assigned to you

Assist with mobility, eating, washing/bathing and dressing of service users in a sensitive manner and prepare meals and drinks

Supervise the prompting/administration of prescribed medication and perform any other duties to ensure the comfort of the service users

Accurately complete all records as requested by line management

Attend any training courses that are required
