Job description

We are seeking warm‐hearted, adaptable, and driven Extra Care Support Workers to join our brand new Hattersley, Tameside Extra Care Service.

Responsibilities

Offer respectful personal care, as well as practical and emotional support to older adults.

Enhance clients' quality of life by promoting their independence and encouraging an active, fulfilling lifestyle.

Work in partnership with clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service.

No prior experience is necessary for this role.

What matters most is having a warm, caring, and respectful personality.

Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our service, and you should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
