Allied and Clinical is hiring Female Care Workers in

Weymouth, Dorset.

Please note: Female Care Workers, Sponsorship is NOT available

for this role. Valid UK driving licence

We are looking for candidates who are committed,

flexible, and able to pick up shifts regularly.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Female Care Workers with a valid

UK driving licence to join a supportive care team.

The role involves visiting clients in their own homes to provide personal care,

medication support, meal preparation, and general day-to-day assistance. Staff

will begin their shift at the office, collect a company pool car, and travel to

clients on their allocated run.

Full induction, training, uniforms, and use of a company car will be provided

to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared for the role.

Shift patterns include days, evenings, and weekends.

Shift times:

7:00am to 2:00pm

4:00pm to 10:00pm

Full-time and part-time hours are available for the right candidates, with

potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Please note: sponsorship is not available for this role.
