With both part time and full-time hours available, you will work 1-to-1 with a 68-year-old male client with an Acquired Brain Injury, helping him remain engaged in everyday life, access the local community and continue progressing towards meaningful rehabilitation goals.
This role would suit somebody who enjoys the outdoors, has a proactive approach and takes pride in delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
