We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services across various sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and building long-term professional relationships. The ideal candidate will possess some experience in the washroom services & janitorial product industry, must have strong communication skills, organisational ability, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.


Duties:

·                 Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking within the Bristol / Bath / Gloucester areas

  • Conduct B2B sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Develop customised solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive to client sites as required, maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality at all times.
  • Manage sales pipelines using IT tools, updating records accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Organise your schedule effectively to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.

Requirements

·                 Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, with demonstrated success in negotiation and closing deals.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driving licence with the ability to travel frequently to client locations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of motivation.
  • Knowledge of the local market landscape is advantageous but not essential. This position offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in sales while contributing directly to our company's growth objectives.
