Occupational Therapist (Paediatric / School-Based)

Manchester / Wythenshawe / North West

£40,000 – £50,000 DOE

Full-time / Part-time

We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist education provider supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH, autism, sensory processing and complex needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact by helping learners improve independence, emotional regulation and access to education.

The Role

You will:

✔ Deliver 1:1, group and classroom-based OT interventions

✔ Support learners with sensory integration, fine motor skills and self-regulation

✔ Complete assessments and contribute to EHCP outcomes

✔ Provide practical strategies and recommendations to school staff

✔ Work as part of a multidisciplinary education and therapy team

About You

✔ Qualified Occupational Therapist

✔ HCPC registered (essential)

✔ Experience in paediatric, school or SEND settings preferred

✔ Knowledge of autism, sensory needs and SEMH

✔ Strong safeguarding awareness and collaborative approach
