Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising multiple websites to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Supporting website migration to a centralised CMS platform
  • Delivering and optimising

    digital

    lead generation campaigns across web, email, and paid channels
  • Collaborating with external agencies to maximise SEO and PPC performance
  • Planning and executing email

    marketing

    campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking
  • Managing social media activity for selected brands, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
  • Monitoring

    digital

    performance and producing insight-driven reports
  • Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support business objectives


Experience

  • .Proven experience in a

    digital

    marketing

    role with hands-on website management
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimisation
  • Experience working with SEO and PPC, either directly or via agencies
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience planning and delivering email

    marketing

    campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Ideally experience additionally in the following:

  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal)
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimisation techniques
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of

    marketing

    automation and customer journeys


Remuneration

  • Salary of £30000-40000 depending on experience
